The large hallway leads to a spacious lounge, which is tastefully decorated, furnished with comfortable sofas and an electric fireplace.

A 42” flat screen TV, is provided for your entertainment, together with unlimited wifi and all the entertainment Dingle has to offer!

The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped for your needs.

The adjoining utility room comprises of full laundry facilities.

Guest bathroom is on the ground floor.

We offer parking for two cars. You have exclusive use of your own private garden.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are on the first floor and are as follows:-

The master bedroom is on-suite, with shower, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, it is to the front of the house and overlooks the renowned Conor Pass. It is tastefully furnished and has a super-king bed (which can be twinned) The second bedroom has a super-king bed (which can be twinned) fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.

The third bedroom has a super-king bed (which can be twinned) there is also has a single bed and fitted wardrobes.

These bedrooms share the main bathroom which has a bath and a power shower.

PLANNING YOUR STAY

Heating & Electricity is an extra charge. This is charged accordingly to your consumption. Electricity and oil usage are both meter read and the total amount due for your stay will be deducted from the security deposit you have paid.

Guests staying for one week or more will be asked for a security deposit in cash on arrival of €150.00 @ house. For shorter bookings a security deposit of €250.00 @ house will be required on check in. This deposit will be returned to you in the form of a cheque/banktransfer/pay pal within 7 days of your departure provided that Gearóid is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from the deposit.

SORRY NO HENS, STAGS or PARTIES. This will be enforced by the property manger. You are asked to respect the neighbours at all times.
